Janet's practice includes recruiting for manager to C-level functions in sales, operations, finance, accounting, marketing, and human resources. Janet has extensive experience in manufacturing, districution, industrial, distribution, medical, aerospace, construction, transportation, advertising, food, and technology industries.
Janet has presented 1/2 day workshops for Executive Renaissance Forum, Vistage International, SHRM, PSNI, Qualcomm and conducts in-house workshops for her clients. Prior to founding A Hire Connection, Janet was a Partner at Impact Hiring Solutions and Vice President with CJA Executive Search. She possesses a strong finance and accounting background and was previously employed in the investment banking industry as a Controller where she held a Series 27 License.
Janet earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, with a concentration in Law and Finance, Cum Laude.
